Commissioned by the client in order to best utilize the steep south facing site overlooking the Manukau Harbour.

This involved designing a generous home for the client and her young family, a home for her parents, and additional properties to provide income.

Design for this project was based on maximizing views and creating sheltered outdoor living spaces, protecting the family from strong south westerly winds.
